- ~$120K running through the system this season (same check-in)
- Runs ~100% inbound off the system โ no door-knocking

Daniel, on the call — on what a list he thought was dead paid back in week one.
See every clip we have →where he started
Daniel had what almost every home-service owner has and almost nobody uses: a dead list. Past quotes that never closed, past customers nobody re-contacted, inquiries that went quiet. Money rotting in a CRM. New leads cost money โ these people were already sitting in his phone, already knew the company, and were worth exactly $0 the way they were being used.
what we installed (in order)
- Dead-list reactivation. His list โ about 500 names โ pulled, segmented, and hit with a simple text campaign. Not clever. Consistent.
- Speed to lead on every response. A reactivated lead dies just as fast as a new one if nobody answers. Every reply got caught and chased the same minute.
- The ads layer on top. With the follow-up machine proven on the dead list, Meta ads went on top of a funnel that doesn't leak โ which is why the business now runs ~100% inbound, no knocking.
what happened
Week one: ~$3.5K in, ~$15K back โ off people he already had. In his words, it paid for itself before it cost him anything. Across the season the reactivation engine has put roughly $50K on the board, inside ~$120K running through the system.
When a lead comes in, they either take themselves out of the system or we close them. We never let a lead die โ Daniel's dead list is that rule, cashed.
in his words
"Within probably my first week... it paid for itself back. You guys literally didn't cost me anything." โ Daniel, April call "Deadass the easiest close of my life."
