Two weeks ago I set out to get my pressure washing company sellable, because I am leaving Toronto in three months. By the Sunday I had changed my mind. I want to come back in spring and run it.
I said that on camera on the Sunday, and in the same breath I said the thing this letter is about. I literally never touch the Facebook manager. It is all operated by my Claude.
the part i never touch
Every lead that company gets comes from Meta ads. Here is the whole system, and I mean the whole system.
- 3 CAMPAIGNStesting, scaling, retargeting. all CBO. that is it
- 10 HOOKSone body, one CTA, ten openings, filmed on a Sunday
- 7 DAYSdrop on a Monday, read the Monday after
- 4 LINESthe report my Claude sends me every morning
Last month that was around $4,000 in and around $33,000 back. Lifetime, around $50,000 in and half a million out. Those are the numbers I say on camera. The last 30 days of the actual account were $4,161 for 105 leads at $40 a lead, worse than the summer, and I am telling you anyway.
My Claude can manage absolutely every single thing within the meta ads manager. I do not have to actually do anything.
how it got the keys
This is the part people think needs a developer. It needs fifteen minutes. A business app in the Meta developer dashboard, the Marketing API added to it, a system user in Business Manager with the ad account assigned, one token saved in a file your Claude never prints. For your own account there is no app review and no business verification. Then one operator file that tells it your numbers, the lines it watches, and what it is never allowed to do on its own.
| ON ITS OWN | NEVER ON ITS OWN |
|---|---|
| reads everything, every morning | switches anything on |
| pauses what crossed a kill line | raises a budget over 50 percent |
| promotes a tested winner, paused | deletes anything, ever |
| writes the ten hooks for the next body | changes the structure without me |
the free tool
The whole thing is in the vault as this week's guide: the three campaigns, the creative cycle, the retargeting routes, the access steps, the operator file, and the prompt you paste into Claude Code that asks you eight rounds of questions and builds the account out, paused, waiting for you to press on. The ads it produced are public. Search Thirlwell Property Services in the Meta ads library.
