Privacy Policy

SummitAIS is a private business application operated by Frost Axis Incorporated, an Ontario corporation. We use it to manage our own advertising and that of our agency clients on Meta platforms: creating and reporting on ad campaigns, and receiving the enquiries that people submit through our lead forms.

SummitAIS is not a consumer product. There is no public sign-up and no consumer login. It is used only by Frost Axis Incorporated staff and its authorised systems, acting on business accounts we own or have been granted access to by their owner.

Information we access

Acting on the authorisation of the business that owns each account, the application accesses:

Advertising data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative and performance reporting for the ad accounts we manage.
Page and Instagram data: business profile details, published content and engagement metrics for the business accounts we manage.
Lead enquiries: the details a person voluntarily submits in a Meta instant form: typically their name, phone number, email address, service address, and their answers about the work they want done.

We do not collect payment card numbers, financial account details, health information, or government identification through this application.

Why we use it

Lead information is used for one purpose: so the business you enquired with can contact you, quote the work, schedule it, and follow up. Advertising and page data is used to run and report on campaigns. That is the whole of it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Lead details are passed only to the business you submitted the enquiry to, and to the service providers that operate our systems on our behalf (our customer management, scheduling, invoicing and email providers), who may use the information only to deliver their service to us. We disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email us and we will action the request. To delete your data, see our data deletion instructions.

Meta’s role

When you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, Meta collects the details and passes them to us. Meta’s own handling of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
