None of it was me editing

Three weeks since I last wrote and I am not going to pretend there was a good reason. My best friend moved in, I go to bed later, and the 4am routine I had built the month around quietly fell apart. Last week's vlog was all over the place. That one is on me.
What did not miss was the posting. Not one day.
the only thing i actually make
I film four speeches a week. That is the whole input. Everything else on my Instagram comes out the other side of a system.
- 4 SPEECHESfilmed in one sitting, once a week
- 40 CLIPScut and edited by the AI
- 30 VARIATIONS6 winners from last week, 4 versions of each
- 70 POSTSten a day, every day
I tested 15 a day and I tested 20. Ten was the best performing for me, and every time I pushed past it the results got worse. That put on nearly 15,000 followers in two months. I am at 41,000.
None of that is me editing. I taught Claude to do it.
the part that took the longest
It was not the software. It was teaching it my taste. I screen recorded myself for an hour clipping speeches out loud, saying why I cut where I cut and why that song and not the other one. Then I fed it every reel I have ever posted that did well, transcribed, with what it did, so it could work out on its own what I say that makes someone follow me.
You cannot write your taste down. You can record yourself having it.
the number that decided everything
| REEL | VIEWS | NEW FOLLOWERS |
|---|---|---|
| Montage | 400,000 | 700 |
| Me talking | 200,000 | 2,000 |
Half the views, nearly three times the people. The system did not discover that. It just stopped me being wrong about it for another month.
the full build
Setting the editor up from nothing, giving it access to post, how to record yourself so the recording is actually usable, what data to feed it, and one prompt you paste in that walks you through the whole thing on your own machine. It is in the vault.
