HRM Home Cleaning
Windows and poly sand, Nova Scotia
At a glance
The system
A reactivation engine, follow up and booking automation, and a light paid layer
The person
Selina, HRM Home Cleaning
Student Works operator. Windows and poly sand, Nova Scotia.
The result
$150K to $217K
in one season. About $50K came from reactivation alone.
The problem
Selina already ran a $150K season and a small team. Her problem was not demand, it was leverage. She was sitting on a pile of old leads and past customers nobody was working.
The solution we built
Her entire past list of old leads, old quotes and past customers, pulled, cleaned and put through a text campaign. Every response caught, chased and booked. A light paid layer where $578 of spend turned into about $5K booked.

The scoreboard
- Season: $150K to $217K, her own words, mid season, on tape
- About $50K booked from reactivation alone, her own words
- $5K booked off $578 of ad spend
- Window cleaning and polymeric sand in Nova Scotia
Where she started
Selina already ran a real operation: a $150K season and a small team. Her problem was not demand, it was leverage. Growth meant buying it with a big ad budget she did not want to gamble, or grinding more hours she did not have. And like almost every owner at that level, she was sitting on a pile of old leads and past customers nobody was working.
What we built, in order
- The reactivation engine. Her entire past list of old leads, old quotes and past customers, pulled, cleaned and put through a text campaign. The cheapest revenue in home service, because these people already know her.
- Follow up and booking automation. Every response caught, chased and booked, so her team spends time selling instead of remembering who to text back.
- A light, efficient paid layer. No $5K a month ad gamble. $578 of spend turned into about $5K booked. Proof first, then scale.
What happened
Mid season, on tape: “my business right now is at $217,000 in sales,” up from $150K the season before. Roughly $50K of the jump came from the reactivation list alone, money that was already sitting in her phone. The system fed her team instead of her: one rep booked about $70K of the season for her.
In her words
“I've booked probably upwards of $50,000 in revenue.”Selina, on the reactivation campaign, June check in
Steal this move
Know your number cold. On the call, Selina answered “$217,000” in half a second. Most owners guess. Build the habit: one line on your phone, updated nightly with season to date sales, this week's bookings, and leads still waiting on a follow up. Owners who see their numbers daily make sharper calls on ads, hiring and pricing. It costs 60 seconds a night.
