Poly and patio washing, Ottawa
Maeve on tape
The scoreboard
- About $35K booked off a 700 person dead lead list, her own words
- About a $99K season
- Polymeric sanding and patio pressure washing in Ottawa
Where she started
Maeve's bottleneck was the most common one in home service: time. When you are the one on the tools all day, the phone is the thing you get to after, and after is where leads die. She had 700 old leads sitting in a list and zero hours in the day to work them. The revenue was not missing. It was waiting.
What we built, in order
- Reactivation on the 700. The whole dead list pulled and put through a text campaign: old inquiries, old quotes, past customers.
- A response system someone else could run. This is the underrated part. Maeve did not answer 700 conversations. Her rep did, every single person, inside a system that queued, tracked and booked them so nothing slipped.
- A booking flow. Interested replies went straight to booked jobs without Maeve touching the calendar.
What happened
About $35K booked, off people who had already said no, gone quiet, or been forgotten. No new ad spend. She got it without spending her own hours: she paid someone to run the conversations, and the system made that person effective. Said plainly on the call, the service paid for itself.
In her words
“I made off the reactivation... $35,000... off a list of like 700 people. I paid my sales rep to respond to every single person because I didn't have time, she booked me in.”Maeve, June call
Steal this move
Buy back the inbox. You are the most expensive person in your company, so stop being the receptionist. Hand inbound to someone, a rep, a sibling, a VA, with one rule: every inquiry answered within minutes, every hot one booked. Maeve paid a rep for a few weeks of replies and collected $35K she would otherwise have never seen.
