The scoreboard
- About $3K to $3.5K in Meta ads, $30K+ booked, a 10x return
- About a $100K season

Where he started
Hrishi's trade, poly and interlock, is high ticket, which makes ad money feel like gambling. Every dollar of spend has to come back or it hurts. That money fear is what keeps most owners at $20 a day on ads, half committed, getting half results, then concluding that ads do not work. Ads work fine. Ads into a leaky funnel do not.
What we built, in order
- Meta ads with founder style creative. Real owner, real jobs, real neighbourhoods, not stock photo agency ads. Cheaper clicks, better qualified homeowners.
- Speed to lead, same day rhythm. The lead lands, the call happens the same day, the job books the next. High ticket buyers do not wait around. Whoever answers first wins.
- Follow up on the non answers. The leads that do not pick up on day one get chased automatically until they book or say no. That is where the second half of the 10x hides.
What happened
Around $3K to $3.5K of spend became $30K+ of booked work. 10x. Not from cheaper leads, but from closing the leads he was already paying for.
The lesson under the number: we are not aiming for a lower cost per lead, we are aiming for a lower cost to acquire a booked job. A $5 lead that never books costs infinity. What matters is cost per booked job, and that is a follow up problem, not an ads problem.
In his words
“If a lead's ready to go, bang, I call them and book them the next day.”Hrishi, June call
Steal this move
The same day rule. Every lead gets a call the same day it lands, inside 5 minutes if you can manage it. And change what you measure. Stop judging ads on cost per lead and start judging them on cost per booked job: total spend divided by jobs booked.
