Thirlwell Property Services provides exterior property services (pressure washing, polymeric sand restoration, window and gutter cleaning) in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you request a quote or book a service, whether through a form on Facebook or Instagram, our website, by phone, or in person:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The service address for the work
- Details about the job: the service you want, the areas involved, and your timing
We do not collect payment card numbers through our advertising forms, and we never ask for financial, health, or government identification information.
Why we use it
Only to respond to you and carry out the work you asked about: to contact you about your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, schedule and complete the service, invoice you, and follow up. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
How we store and share it
Your information is held in our customer management system, accessible only to Thirlwell Property Services staff and the service providers who operate our systems on our behalf (our CRM, scheduling, invoicing and email providers), who may use it only to deliver their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Advertising forms
When you submit a form shown in a Meta advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the details you entered to us so we can contact you. Meta’s own handling of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and to be removed from marketing contact. See our data deletion instructions, or use the contact details below.
